The HIRAYA Dress
The HIRAYA Dress
Hiraya is an ancient Tagalog word defined as the “fruit of one’s dream”.
Inspired by the Philippine flag’s three stars and the sun fused with the silhouette of Kalanchoe spathulata – a yellow succulent found across Southeast and South Asia – the HIRAYA dress highlights the Philippines and Asia’s reverence for nature.
The HIRAYA dress is also a representation of KADIWA The Label’s dream – to bring artisanal craft and sustainability at the forefront of our creative process. Therefore, each HIRAYA dress is hand-dyed and hand-painted on 100% cotton.
