Every KADIWA heirloom is crafted with intention, precision, and care. At KADIWA, our pieces are made to order — honoring a thoughtful and sustainable approach to the art of making. Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed, allowing our ateliers across Asia to prepare each piece to our standards. We kindly ask that you review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.

• All orders are considered final upon confirmation, as material allocation, pattern preparation, and production scheduling commence shortly thereafter.
• Should you need to amend or cancel your order, a written notice must be submitted to kadiwathelabel@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase. Requests received after this period may not be accommodated.
• To preserve the integrity of each collection, garments are produced in limited quantities and carefully managed production runs rather than maintained as excess inventory.
• Preparation timelines vary by style and fabrication. Most orders are prepared within 3–4 weeks, while pieces featuring embroidery, hand-finishing, or specialty detailing may require additional atelier time. Should an extended timeline apply, our team will contact you directly.
